Ingredients:
4 x bagels
4 x slices of Italian prosciutto ham
1 x pack of mozzarella
4 x fresh sunbeam tomatoes
handful of fresh basil
Time:
20 minutes to go to local grocery store to pick up ingredients
7 minutes in the kitchen to make lunch for four
Review:
Colleagues commented 'ooooh, the kitchen smells lovely' after preparing the bagels and definite stares of jealousy from those with cans of Heinz soup for the fifth week running. Must have been the fresh basil.
