Mel's Feta-Spinach-Pepper-Hummus wrap


Ingredients: 
4 x wholemeal wraps
1 x jar of roasted red peppers
1 x bag of baby spinach 
1 x tub of hummus 
1 x pack of feta cheese

Time: 
15 minutes to visit grocery store
15 minutes to prepare lunch for four
