Week 5: Wednesday

Wednesday: Mel's Melbourne-inspired Smashed Avo Bagel 


Ingredients: 
smashed avo - 1 x avocado, juice of 1 lime, 1 x spring onion, 1 red chili mashed together
4 x slices of chorizo
small helping of cream cheese 
sun-dried tomatoes 
rocket 
4 x sesame seed bagels

Time: 
10 minutes to prepare smashed avo
10 minutes to prepare lunch for four

Review: 
A shocked colleague passed by the kitchen and commented: 'Wow! What happened to a good old bacon sandwich?' club sandwich continues to broaden people's minds.
